1) Rectification or rework of the work undertaken to the extent agreed with the client.

2) Financial liability, including disbursements and other costs shall be limited to the amount of fees that have been paid by the client for the services provided.

Client is Prime Contractor On Projects

It must be noted that the nature of the work undertaken by JAR&A is dependent on the full cooperation of the client, both in terms of supplying information and in the execution of the work. In all work for a client the client organization is effectively the prime contractor for the execution of work for which JAR&A have been responsible for design and other activities.

Insofar as non-performance on the part of the client organization can give rise to failure, JAR&A accept no liability of any sort in such instances.

More specific terms may be negotiated with specific clients at the time of appointment.
