About Professional Fees

JAR&A are an International Firm of specialist management consultants.

International Fee Structure

Accordingly our fees are denominated in US$ and GBP for most assignments, although proposals in other currencies can be provided.

Work within South Africa is denominated in South African Rands.

Fees Tailored to Client Requirement

Fees are determined per assignment based on the scope and complexity of work, the nature of the assignment, etc.

Fees are therefore not listed on this web site. Should you require our services please contact us (inquiries@jar-a.com) and once we have a clear understanding of your requirements we will submit a proposal for services including fees.

Competitive Pricing

eBooks and eTools are priced based on consideration of a number of pricing factors and are competitive relative to other publications which claim to cover the same territory.

Risk Based Work

Under certain circumstances we are willing to undertake work on an outcomes (risk) basis. In other words the client pays all disbursements and the fee is agreed at the end of the assignment based on value unlocked - this only applies to certain short duration, high impact consulting assignments.
