services. These include short presentations to corporate meetings, formal lectures,
seminars and detailed training events. |

| Our recommended subjects include the subjects of the three

outlined in section P2 as well as the full
range of subjects covered by the titles listed under free
publications and those covered with regard to
the eTools. |

| We are also able to offer presentations, lectures,
corporate addresses, seminars and training on subjects tailored to client requirements
within the ambit of topics implicit on this Web Site. |

| Format |

| The following formats are available: |

| P4.1 Corporate Presentations |
|
| Short high impact presentations of 30 minutes to several
hours duration to corporate gatherings and designed to challenge audiences to think
differently about Information Technology, Strategy, the current state of the related
industries, the direction of the client corporation, etc |

|
| Our premium presentation is "Information
Technology in Strategic and Competitive Management (Why I.T. Fails to Measure Up in 90% of
Corporations)" |
|
|
|
| This presentation can be given as a 45 minute high impact
headline presentation or presented as a half day seminar or lecture. Other options can be
offered to suit your requirements. |

|
|
| P4.2 Lectures |
|
| Lectures involve the impartation of knowledge rather than
a challenging presentation. Item P4.1 is designed to challenge listeners whereas P4.2 is
designed to inform. |
|
|
|
| P4.3 Corporate Addresses |
|
| Essentially a variation of P4.1 but more specifically
tailored to the dynamics of the corporation and informed by interviews with key personnel
before the presentation. |
|
|
|
| May also be given as a follow up to a formal STRATSNAP© process as set out in section P5 |
|
|
|
| P4.4 Seminars |
|
| Essentially a variation of P4.2 but of longer duration.
For example, the subject "I.T.
in Strategic and Competitive Management" can
be given as a short presentation, a lecture or a one, two or three day seminar. |

| Presentations on "The Critical Factors in Information Technology Investment
Success" can also be given in this diversity
of formats. |

| JAR&A also arrange formal half day, one day or
multi-day seminars, sometimes on a no charge promotional basis and sometimes an entrance
fee is levied. |

| Formal training is also offered, for example the subject
"The Critical Factors in Information Technology Investment Success" is offered
as a three day or five day formal training course in a workshop setting, either in-house
or as a public course under the title "Information Technology Management for
Non-Information Technology Managers". |

| In this format the training program is directed at
equipping managers to manage I.T. effectively. |

|
