| In our consulting business we have developed a range of facilitation tools and presentations for a range of processes including Market Focussed Strategic Planning, Strategic Audits, Information Technology Audits, Business Requirements Specifications, etc. |

|
| It is our intention to polish these tools and produce a collection of eTools with accompanying "How To" manuals, presentations and videos to equip clients to undertake much of the work that we typically offer on a consulting basis, in-house. |

|
|
| At this stage the tools are not in a polished form although certain components could be supplied on an "as is" basis for clients who are particularly interested. |

| A workshop presentation to be used in conjunction with the tool-set for the workshop in question. This is the presentation we use in the workshop associated with the process when we conduct it ourselves. |

| A "How To" Manual on the process setting out in detail how to undertake the process from start to finish. |

| P3.4 "How To" Video |
|
|
| A "How To" Video on the process setting out the contents of the Manual in Video form. |
